VENTILATION UNITS WITH AN ELECTRIC HEATER
Supply and supply-and-exhaust units with an electric heater, freon (F) or water (W) cooler, plate counterflow recuperator or enthalpy recuperator with partial moisture transfer.
VENTILATION UNITS WITH A WATER HEATER
Supply and supply-and-exhaust units with a water heater, freon (F) or water (W) cooler, plate counterflow recuperator or enthalpy recuperator with partial moisture transfer, built-in refrigeration machine.
EXHAUST UNITS
Exhaust units. Not equipped with automation, compatible with supply units of all series.
EVAPORATIVE HUMIDIFIERS
Humidification sections with electric or water pre- or post-heater. Controlled only by Breezart ventilation unit. Autonomous air humidifiers without heaters.
POOL SERIES EQUIPMENT FOR SWIMMING POOL PREMISES
Climatic systems with a built-in heat pump, plate recuperator and control panel. Ventilation units with a dehumidifier and adjustable outdoor air mixing. Duct air dehumidifiers.
- Cooling of air to a set temperature during the warm season if a cooler is available.
- Three-level frost protection system for the heater (in ventilation units with a water heater). The automation system monitors the temperature of the heater and the surrounding air using three independent sensors, which eliminates the possibility of the heater defrosting in the cold season due to a malfunction of one of them.
- Three-level overheating protection system for the heater (in ventilation units with an electric heater). If the first two levels of protection have been triggered, the ventilation unit's operability is restored automatically when the temperature decreases.
- Air filter contamination control. A digital differential pressure sensor located in the automation unit allows measuring the filter contamination level with high accuracy from 0 to 100%.
- Built-in real-time clock (the time is not reset when the power is turned off).
- Weekly scenarios for programming the operating mode and turning the ventilation unit on/off on certain days of the week at a specified time.
- «Comfort» function. In the cold season, the heater capacity may be insufficient to maintain the set temperature. In this case, the fan speed will automatically decrease until the temperature at the supply unit outlet rises to the set value. If the conditions change (the outdoor air temperature rises or the set temperature drops), the fan speed automatically returns to the set value.
«Restart» function. In case of a power failure and restoration, the supply unit will start operating in the same mode as before the power outage.
- Air heating. The Cascade Control function allows maintaining temperature and humidity (if there is a humidifier) according to the sensor in the room (an additional sensor is required).

- 10-step fan speed control. The minimum and maximum fan speed can be adjusted from the standard control panel. This allows reducing the ventilation unit capacity during commissioning if it is excessive.
- Capability to operate in VAV mode for independent control of airflow rate in each room. The VAV system allows saving energy by shutting off or reducing airflow in rooms that do not require ventilation at the moment. The VAV system can serve up to 20 zones with airflow rate control according to scenarios, using a manual controller or a CO2 sensor.
- Remote control via a web interface. Breezart ventilation units can be controlled via the Internet or a local network using any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE). Basic functions are available.
- Fan control (optional) — built-in automation allows you to monitor and control the Breezart ventilation unit using a CO2 or VOC sensor. The fan will maintain the level of the measured parameter set by the user.
- Configuration and debugging from a computer (to connect the ventilation unit to a computer, a BSA-02 USB adapter is required). The visual interface of this program allows you to configure the operation mode, display graphs of temperature and other parameters. The advanced mode for diagnostics and updating the controller firmware will be useful for specialists.
- Recording of all sensors' readings and the ventilation unit's state in case of a critical failure (to view the information, you need a BSA adapter to connect to a computer).
- Two additional Modbus RTU ports to which you can connect a remote control, a smart home system, SCADA or a computer (if they are not occupied by other equipment).
- Control of external devices via a relay output.
- Remote control of the ventilation unit from external devices such as a hygrostat, carbon dioxide sensor, fire alarm and others (enabled and configured from the remote control).

REMOTE MANAGEMENT
Breezart supply and supply-and-exhaust units are equipped with a digital automation system based on the Jetlogic controller and JLV135 control panel.
Ventilation units support several remote control options:
